Never give up

We have all heard the terms "successful" and "unsuccessful" be used to describe peoples lives and/or way of life.  These words have been used to describe careers and economical status and class.  A successful person is considered to be a person that has done everything all of the right ways.  They have everything that they need and could want.  Unsuccessful people are considered to be just the opposite.  They struggle and seemingly have nothing. 

There are some things to consider when dealing with those two words:

The first thing that I want you to consider is that success looks different for each one of us.  You don't have to be rich to be successful and you don't have to be poor to be a failure.

The second thing to consider is that neither of these words describe a permanent situation.  The seemingly successful person can easily become the unsuccessful, failure of a person in the blink of an eye.  The good thing is that it also works the other way around.  The seemingly unsuccessful failure of a person can be the image of success.

You have not failed until you no longer live.  Every set back between starting and finishing isn't a failure, it's an attempt and therefore you aren't unsuccessful yet!  Don't give up!
