Self hate in the black community?

What do you think about when you hear people talk about self hate in the black community? I hear it a lot but what is really being hated? 

Personally, I think that those black people who dislike the black community are those that are mad at the black community.  I am one of those black people.  I look at my people with disgrace a lot.  I hate our actions and need for pity.  We have become lazy and dependant on the government.  Our kids aren't being taught at home so all they learn is twerking or some other inappropriate fad.  We're not building businesses or bettering our communities. We instead rob and steal. It's sad.  So in a sense. I just want black people to do and be better.  I don't hate us, I hate our actions.
